• More symptoms of PVL:

1. A→B→C:The volum of white matter decreases while lateral ventricle and sylvian cistern become larger

1. A→B:The lateral wall of the lateral ventricle becomes irregular & B→C: Extensive cystic degeneration of the white matter around the lateral ventricle appears.
